All staff must pass competencies to ensure they are knowledgeable, and able to provide excellent customer service. They receive continuing education, relative to specific job functions, in order to maximize their potential and assist in finding resolutions for our customers. For instance, we have three Respiratory Therapists with oversight over clinical care components. Our therapists are all licensed by the state board of respiratory care, and routinely obtain continuing education credits that keep their skills updated. Their licensures are inspected a minimum of once per calendar year to ensure there are no sanctions, and that they are carrying active licensure.
